A look at how AI is reshaping restaurants through training, marketing, and hiring, plus why smaller menus and faster operations matter as customer expectations shift.
What do you see? The TRC method evolving to meet the future needs of the restaurant industry. Oh, my God. There's so much I see using tech a lot, especially for training, even marketing, like AI stuff, even for interviewing. AI is literally going to be everywhere. You still need manpower, obviously. I think the future of restaurant is just way more efficient. I think smaller menus are the way to go. I think tighter processes and just easier, easier steps to build a plate. I think that's the way to go. People's attention spans are way shorter than before.
