This is a YouTube video titled "It's not the economy. It's you. Time to fix it. #leadership #restaurantowner #accountability" featuring Donald Burns delivering a motivational monologue focused on personal accountability and leadership challenges, urging viewers to take responsibility for their business issues rather than blaming external factors like the economy.
Every time things go south, you blame the economy, the competition or your staff. But here's the hard truth. It's not the economy. It's you. You've let things slip. You've cut corners and allowed your standards to drop. Your systems are a mess. Your team doesn't care, and you're too busy pointing fingers to fix what's really broken. Economy isn't the problem. You are the problem. Here's what I want you to do. Dme the word wake up, and I'm going to send you a link to something that's going to help you get started on the path to having it all. Do it right now.
