So if you're not familiar with the 3P framework that we teach the TRC methods based on this napkin that I got from my first business mentor and he wrote down three words, he wrote down people, product, process. And then over the years I've taken that, that basic frame of people, product, process and I've basically expanded on it and blown it out. And we call it a 3 by 3 framework. So the 3 by 3 framework is in the people part. It's always mindset, your mindset, then culture, then hiring, then the product part is always food, cost, then menu, then marketing, and then the process parts. Always systems, then strategy, and then profitability. And we always say if you want to win the game, just gotta follow the frame.
