We always believe that the promise of tomorrow is going to save us. Well, what happens if tomorrow doesn't come? Death's going to come for you one day. And maybe if you're really lucky, you might get another chance at life. Like I did when I had a cardiac arrest in September 2018. Death changes your outlook pretty dramatically and very, very quickly. I realized firsthand that there was a lot of things that. That I still wanted to do. Now, I would offer this as a wake up call to you as well. Take action before your time is up. Whatever you want to do, make a plan and do it, do it now.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
