Short YouTube excerpt (Donald Burns, May 21, 2025) arguing that money is a tool to support life, team, and community but should not be the sole pursuit for restaurateurs; encourages owners to align operations with core values and invites them to join the TRC Vault for courses and peer connections from Restaurant Coach University.
It's so easy to get caught up in a financial aspect of running a restaurant. Money is a necessary tool. I mean, it helps you create the life you want, support your team, give back to community, but it should not be your sole pursuit. So if you're tired of the endless grind and you're ready to align your restaurant's operations with your deeper values, your core values, it's time to join TRC Vault. Inside the TRC Vault, you're going to gain access to some of my courses from my Restaurant Coach University. You can connect with other independent restaurant owners from around the world.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
