Short YouTube clip (Donald Burns, uploaded July 14, 2025) in which the speaker answers the question "What is the number one trait a leader needs today?" The speaker's clear claim: the top leadership trait is having a clear vision and unwaveringly following it, communicating that vision to the team.
What do you think is the number one trait a leader needs today? The number. I mean, there's. You can come from all different angles. I think the number one thing for a leader is you need to know your vision and just follow that vision. No matter what. You cannot stray from that vision or your goal. And you need to let everybody know that's on your team, that no one is my vision or my path. And once you exert that energy, then. Then you're a leader.
