This is a YouTube video titled "No. 1 trait a leader needs today. #leadershiptips #personaldevelopment #successmindset" featuring Donald Burns sharing his perspective on leadership, emphasizing the importance of having a clear vision and steadfastly following it while leading a team. The content was created in July 2025.
What do you think is the number one trait a leader needs today? The number. I mean, there's. You can come from all different angles. I think the number one thing for a leader is you need to know your vision and just follow that vision. No matter what. You cannot stray from that vision or your goal. And you need to let everybody know that's on your team, that no one is my vision or my path. And once you exert that energy, then. Then you're a leader.
