A short motivational YouTube message from Donald Burns addressed to independent restaurant owners, encouraging them to pause, appreciate their passion for their work, and enjoy the journey rather than only focusing on grinding toward success.
Hey, independent restaurant owners. Today, I don't want to remind you all to just pause for a second and take it all in. You know, we hustle hard. We grind. You know, we relentlessly pursue our dreams. But let's not forget the reason why we're doing all this. Because we love it. So let's take a step back, relax, and truly appreciate that we're doing something that we're passionate about. Life is way too short not to enjoy the journey. Tag a friend who needs to hear this reminder today.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
