You know, when you have the opportunity to build your own shop and restaurant, it's an extension of your personality, too. And I'm so happy that the cafe has such favorable feedback because it is an extension of me. And, you know, in its own ways, it is. Lisa Land I literally picked out every detail. I picked out every item, everything. The menu. And, you know, together with Jess and Caitlin, in this last round, we made something so special at Fulton Market in such a small space that I didn't even think would be possible. But it happened, and it happened beautifully, you know, But Caitlin, since the beginning, I met her around the same time I met you on the journey of starting my own brand. And she does impressionable work. I mean, she built a brand with me that's just so beautiful.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
