The restaurant world we have a horrible reputation for. We treat people like dirt, and we've treated people so bad for so long that many of the younger generation don't even look at the hospitality industry as a viable career. We got to start doing better. We got to start promoting the right things. What I want us to start doing instead is I want to celebrate our culture, I want to celebrate our diversity, and I celebrate our team.
