This is a YouTube video titled "Sacrifice ego. Sacrifice comfort. #growthmindset #comfortzonekills #successmindset" created in July 2025. It features a motivational monologue by a single speaker encouraging restaurant professionals to make tough decisions and join an online community for support and growth. The content focuses on mindset, sacrifice, and success in the restaurant industry.
The right decision isn't always the easy one. So your feelings do what needs to be done. If you're getting cozy with your comfort zone, expecting things to improve, you're kidding yourself. I mean, your feelings, they're irrelevant when it comes to making the hard choices. It's time to sacrifice comfort, ego, and yes, even some relationships to pave the way for real success. And I know you want to make the tough choices. Now it's time to prove it. Join my free online community for restaurant professionals called TRC Vault. Just head over to therestaurantcoachvault.com and you're going to find resources, support, and a network of warriors just like you all making the tough decisions that lead to real success.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
