Short motivational/promo monologue by Donald Burns addressing the emotional strain of running a restaurant and urging owners to reconnect with their core values and passion. The speaker invites tired independent restaurant owners to join the TRC Vault for courses from Restaurant Coach University and community connections.
I really do understand how tough it can be to balance the demands of a thriving restaurant with the yearnings of your heart. Every day you face the pressure while you're also trying to maintain your own values and your vision. It's not easy to keep your passion alive. It's exhausting. And it's okay to feel overwhelmed. Remember why you started this journey. Let that passion, let that love for what you do, be the anchor that really keeps you grounded. So if you're tired of the endless grind and you're ready to align your restaurant's operations with your deeper values, your core values, then it's time to join TRC Vault. Inside the TRC Vault, you're going to gain access to some of my courses from my Restaurant Coach University. You can connect with other independent restaurant owners from around the world.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
