How is it now today with your new team, with your A team in place, training, compared to two years ago when you had a bunch of C players and you were trying to train them?
We trained with the meta glasses. We have a training library. Training is just off the charts now. It's so easy. Plus, we've streamlined all our processes, and these are all things that, you know, took a couple years to do, but just, you know, you're. You're so used to doing things a certain way, and then when you change them, you're like, it's so much different. And training that way is so much different as well. Training A players is so easy, and they train each other.
They want to perform.
