This is a YouTube video titled "Stop the restaurant grind! #restaurantmanagement #system #worklifebalance" created in July 2025. It features Donald Burns addressing restaurant professionals, encouraging them to implement systems to improve efficiency and work-life balance, and promoting his free online community called the TRC Vault for further support and transformation.
Stop the endless grind. Put systems in place that allow your restaurant to operate efficiently without consuming every waking moment of your life. I know how brutal it sounds. I mean to face that. You might be the problem. Here's the truth. Recognizing where you are is the first step to getting to where you need to be. So if you're ready to stop pretending and start transforming, then join my free online community for restaurant professionals called the TRC Vault. Just head over to therestaurantcoach vault.com sign up. Now take charge of your transformation, and let's get your restaurant and your life back on track.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
