Donald Burns argues that hiring a coach beats figuring it out alone. A coach provides guidance, accountability, and someone invested in your success, ideally someone who has their own coach.
Stop wasting your time thinking that you can figure this all out in your own. You do not have to sacrifice your life, your happiness, your sanity to achieve success. But you do need someone who's going to push you. You need someone who can guide you, someone who can hold you accountable. If you're really serious about getting from where you are to where you want to be, find a coach who has a coach. Find someone who's in the game with you, because that's the coach who's going to help you dominate.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
