This is a YouTube video titled "Struggling in silence won't fix it #WorkSmarter #MindsetShift #LevelUp" created in June 2025. The content is a motivational monologue aimed at restaurant owners, offering a step-by-step system (the TRC method) to increase profits while reducing work hours, encouraging viewers to take action and improve their business and personal life balance.
Are you sick of those late nights staying at the restaurant because you don't want to go home and face the truth with your spouse about how bad things really are? Yeah. I mean, you can keep lying about it, keep pretending that things are fine, but we both know that it's just a ticking time bomb. I figured out a step by step roadmap to help you make more while working less hours in your restaurant. It is the system that I've perfected through the TRC method, a method that has been used by over 3,000 restaurants in 23 countries. If you're ready to hit that 15% margin or higher and reclaim your time, get your life back, then stop sitting on the sidelines. DM me the word ready right now and let's get to work. Sitting on the sidelines. DM me the word ready right now and let's get to work.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
