Donald Burns delivers a brief motivational message: each level of success requires an evolved version of oneself — prior skills, mindsets, and habits that achieved earlier success are insufficient for higher levels; continuous personal growth and becoming a new person are necessary to grow (applied example: growing a restaurant into an empire).

Every level of success requires a new version of you. The person you were when you started your restaurant isn't the same person that you need to be in order to grow into an empire. The skills, the mindsets, the habits, all the things that got you to this point, they're not enough to get you to that next level. You want to keep growing. If you want to evolve, you need to keep becoming more. You need to be someone new.
