Short motivational YouTube clip by Donald Burns arguing that advancing to each higher level of success requires becoming a new version of yourself—new skills, mindsets, and habits are necessary to grow beyond current achievements. The speaker urges continuous personal evolution and intentional growth to reach the next level of success.

Every level of success requires a new version of you. The person you were when you started your restaurant isn't the same person that you need to be in order to grow into an empire. The skills, the mindsets, the habits, all the things that got you to this point, they're not enough to get you to that next level. You want to keep growing. If you want to evolve, you need to keep becoming more. You need to be someone new.
