A short YouTube excerpt by Donald Burns arguing that restaurant success is more than profit — it includes guest and community impact, experiences, and legacy. He invites owners seeking alignment with core values to join TRC Vault and access courses from Restaurant Coach University and peer connections.
The heart understands what's truly important. It's attuned to deeper, more lasting value than just profit. True success in a restaurant industry isn't measured just by your financial achievements. It's also measured by the impact that you have on your guest and also your community, the experiences that you create, and also the legacy that you build. So if you're tired of the endless grind and you're ready to align your restaurant's operations with your deeper values, your core values, then it's time to join TRC Vault. Inside the TRC Vault, you're going to gain access to some of my courses from my Restaurant Coach University. You can connect with other independent restaurant owners from around the world.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
