Oh, my God. This is like. You have just. You are the definition of just tenacity. And I'm gonna come through no matter what.
Yeah. It's like. It's either. I call it crazy beautiful. It's just every day is unprecedented, and every day, it just takes it tenacious feet to just the industry that we're in. Although people think it's the same every day, it's not. And so every day is a different day. Every day brings different problems, and you just have to be very quick on your feet.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
