So at this time, what I want to do is I want to take you down one level at a time, into the People Product Process framework. So the foundation is people, which equals culture plus team. People is having not only the right people, but it's also having them in the right position on the team. The people part, the foundation is about cultivating a culture that will allow your brand to grow and operate without you. If you don't get the culture right, nothing else is going to fall into place and you will be constantly chasing your tail. Culture is more important than you realize.
