Short motivational YouTube video by Donald Burns urging viewers to rebuild their identity and adopt a success-minded leadership posture. Uses the analogy of a restaurant owner "at the summit" to prompt viewers to think and act like successful leaders, and closes with a call-to-action to book a complimentary one-on-one strategy session via therestaurantcoach.com.
The climb to the summit starts in your mind. You have to rebuild your identity, starting with how you see yourself. You are a warrior, a leader, someone who is committed to greatness. You need to start thinking, acting and making decisions. Like the restaurant owner who's already at the summit every day. You need to ask yourself, what would the owner at the top of the mountain do? How would they think? What actions would they take? And then you need to become that person one decision at a time. Head over to therestaurantcoach.com book a complimentary one on one strategy session with me personally. This isn't a sales call. It's a chance for us to connect, for me to understand your unique challenges, and for us to put together a roadmap for your climb to the summit.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
