Donald Burns delivers a short motivational message arguing that hiring a coach who actively invests in their own growth provides practical advantages: such coaches are 'in the trenches', continually learning, and have personally overcome limitations. Burns frames hiring a coach not as a sacrifice but as an investment that supplies tools, strategies, and the mindset needed to win.
When you hire a coach who invest in coaching, you're getting someone who's in the trenches with you, someone who is constantly learning, someone who is constantly leveling up, someone who is constantly breaking through their own limitations. That's the coach that you want in your corner. Why? They've walked the path and they've been where you are. They're not just talking, they're actually living it. Hiring a coach isn't a sacrifice, is an investment in your future. It's about getting the tools, the strategies, and the mindset that you need to win.
