A short motivational YouTube clip by Donald Burns arguing that hiring a coach who actively invests in their own growth is an investment in your future. Burns emphasizes that the ideal coach is someone who "walks the path," continuously learns and levels up, and provides tools, strategies, and mindset needed to win.
When you hire a coach who invest in coaching, you're getting someone who's in the trenches with you, someone who is constantly learning, someone who is constantly leveling up, someone who is constantly breaking through their own limitations. That's the coach that you want in your corner. Why? They've walked the path and they've been where you are. They're not just talking, they're actually living it. Hiring a coach isn't a sacrifice, is an investment. It your future. It's about getting the tools, the strategies, and the mindset that you need to win.
