Short YouTube monologue by Donald Burns advocating that hiring an actively growing coach is an investment in one’s future. Emphasizes coaches who are practicing growth themselves, have lived experience, and provide tools, strategies, and mindset to help clients win.
When you hire a coach who invest in coaching, you're getting someone who's in the trenches with you, someone who is constantly learning, someone who is constantly leveling up, someone who is constantly breaking through their own limitations. That's the coach that you want in your corner. Why? They've walked the path and they've been where you are. They're not just talking, they're actually living it. Hiring a coach isn't a sacrifice, is an investment. It your future. It's about getting the tools, the strategies, and the mindset that you need to win.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
