A short YouTube coaching clip by Donald Burns describing a client experiencing chaos in their business due to reactive (not proactive) leadership. The speaker diagnoses the root cause as reactive leadership and offers a direct call-to-action to message him for help ending the chaos.
I had a coaching client who called me in tears, saying every day just felt like survival mode. Staff calling out, last minute orders piling up, guests complaining. It was pure, just chaos. But here's the kicker. None of it was random. It was all happening because they weren't leading. They were reacting. And reacting is a recipe for disaster. It's exhausting. And deep down, you know. You know it's not sustainable. Now, I'm the one person who can solve this for you. DM me the word go right now, and let's put an end to this chaos together.
