Short conversational clip from a YouTube video where two speakers talk about favorite coffee drinks. Speaker B explains an affogato (gelato with espresso) and an espresso macchiato (a mini cappuccino), and comments on being constantly busy and on-the-go.
So what's your favorite thing on the menu?
Oh, gosh. I really like an affogato when I can time out, which is just a lot of gelato with espresso on top. Alternatively, I really am always working, believe it or not. So, like, I asked, I just asked for, like, a shot of espresso, but espresso macchiato, which is just, you know, a mini cappuccino for those that don't know. Because even, like, a cup of cappuccino, I won't drink. I'll always set it down and Matt gets to drink it. You're always working.
You are always on the go.
Sunrise to sunset, like, literally nonstop. Whether it's my duties as an owner, operator, or as a mom, I'm just on.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
