Recently, specifically this week actually after listening to one of your podcasts I thought it would be a good idea to have what's called a leadership ledger. The team that's specifically my leadership which is comprised of six people between the two cafes to have a Google folder and every day for the leadership team to write facility issues, staff issues, inventory issues. What was the recap of the day, who needs to be strengthened, who needs help and then that way we have an open dialogue on a Google Drive of just checking in and what needs to happen at each cafe because I can't be at both cafes at once. So I also think like effective communication because a lot of restaurants don't actually communicate either with which is like they don't have set up regimen things of how they communicate well with their team.
So communication is, you've heard me say this a thousand times. All business problems are people problems. All people problems are communication problems.
