This is a YouTube video titled "The most dangerous lies are the ones you tell yourself #growthmindset #mindsetshift #leadership" created in July 2025. The content features a motivational monologue addressing self-deception and the importance of personal accountability for growth and results. Although the speaker mentions the name "Donald," it is not a conversation with multiple speakers nor is there a speaker named Donald Burns involved.

The biggest lies are the ones we tell ourselves. Those excuses, those stories that you spin in your head just to justify staying stuck. It's not the right time. I'll make changes when things calm down. You know, Donald, I'm doing everything I can. The most dangerous lies aren't the ones you tell other people. They're the ones that you repeat to yourself day in and day out, keeping you locked in mediocrity. So what's it gonna be? It's time to stop lying to yourself and start getting real and start getting results.
