I need I again, like, I think I've mastered this year on like how to being alone and spending more like quiet space to recharge properly because a lot of it is like, it's taking a real check at like, what does your fuel tank look like? Right. And if I'm near empty, I cannot give the best version of myself to anyone in my life, you know. And you know, I have a lot of roles that I wake up to and a lot of things that can be happening before 6am Right. And so like whether that's mom, daughter, sister, ex wife, owner, operator, like, you know, I have so many people that I'm the nucleus of in a lot of situations that I have to like constantly have fuel. And so running on empty, I've learned this past year is like something I really needed to work on to just like fuel myself, you know. And it goes back to your preceding question on sometimes the solution is yourself.
