Hey, Donald Burns, the restaurant coach here at the NRA show. This is the largest show dedicated to the hospitality industry and there's over a thousand vendors here with whatever solutions you're looking for from new equipment, cutting edge technologies, small wears, uniforms, new food trends, you name it, it's probably here. Let's talk about resources versus Application. Lots of co things here. New, shiny, different. It doesn't really matter how cutting edge or new a product or concept is if you don't take action and implement the tool into your restaurant, doesn't really matter. So if you're here at the show when you're looking at new items, just ask yourself if you're going to take the product or the concept and really develop an action plan to infuse it into your operations. Tools are just potential. You have to pick it up and use it consistently to see the impact.
