Do not train your team until they get it right. Train them until they can't get it wrong. So many times when we train people, we train them one or two times. Oh, they got it. He's got it. He's got it. No, they don't got it. How many times you train somebody? A couple times. And then you left them alone, you come back, you're like, what are you doing? Oh, I'm just doing what you said. I didn't show you like that because you did the first part. You trained them till they got it right, and then you thought you were off the hook. That's a training culture. Learning culture is. No, I'm going to train you over and over and over and over and over and over again.
