Culture is one of the hardest things to ever fix. What do you see as, like, the first kind of cultural red flag that tells you that a restaurant's off track when there's no communication with the owner and the team. So when there's, like, very low communication, like no meetings, no pre shifts, no one on ones, and that's a huge thing to connect with your team. And I see a lot of owners not do this. Almost like some people are shy or just, like, afraid to do it. That creates, like, its own culture. It does. And I mean, it can be a culture of, like, you know, no, zero urgency, you know, or people clocking in late, nobody says anything, and, you know, just things like that. And it's like, as soon as somebody is disengaged, then someone else is gonna be disengaged. And then next thing you know, the whole team is disengaged. And then you have a culture of disengagement. Right. So good luck fixing that, and that becomes your culture.
