A short promotional-educational video by Donald Burns introducing his strategic planning system called "strap maps." Burns frames the tools as a way to help clients focus on growth, seize opportunities, and gain market recognition. He also references a "3P framework" as a byproduct that helps businesses rise to the top of their market.
Don't make the mistakes I made. Now, to help you avoid those mistakes, I'm going to take you through my strategic planning system called strap maps. These tools have allowed my clients to focus on growth and really puts them in a position where they're ready to take advantage of opportunities when they do come up. Oh, and a little byproduct of implementing the 3P framework is that you're going to rise to the top of your market and be recognized as a driver in your market, and then business opportunities are going to start coming out of nowhere.
