When you're looking at your restaurant team, you have some people on your team that you know are anchors that are holding you down. It's not their bad people. They're just stuck. Anchors just refuse to grow and develop. You're on a different trajectory. You're an accelerator, and you're moving to a different place. You want a bigger target? You want a bigger life? Don't let someone who sold their dream and sold their big vision for a bigger life cast a shadow over you and make you be smaller in your life.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
