A short conversational excerpt from a YouTube video featuring Donald Burns discussing the 'TRC method' and the 'circle of control' (CoC). The speakers talk about ownership of things within one's circle of control, letting go of what lies outside it, and briefly reference participation in a coaching program.
In a TRC method, where I say it's. If it's inside your CoC, your circle control, you own it, but it's outside, you kind of just let it go.
Yeah. You can't change people, do anything to make them look at things differently. But, you know, I just have a firm belief that. And this is back to that question about faith.
So you've. You've been in the program now. You've been in the coaching program probably, what, eight months now?
Yeah, that's probably about right. Yeah, it was some kind of guitar, so, yeah, I guess it's June, so. Yeah.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
