I'm strong in my beliefs, and I. I really do. I genuinely care about all of our people, and I want them to be the best that they can be. And so, you know, you. When you come, when you sign up to be part of one of my teams or one of my people, I mean, I'm not just gonna ask you for. For you to come to work every day and wait on the table or, you know, be a barista, make coffee. I'm gonna ask. I'm gonna want you to improve your life. I'm going to want you to be better than when you came in here. I'm going to. I'm going to be hard on you and hold you accountable to be becoming a better person. If you have demons and, you know, if you're an alcoholic or you have other addictions, I'm going to force you to quit those things. I'm going to make you really take a hard dive into who you are. And that's the only way I know how to lead people. This is. You know, I've gone through that transformation, and I know the difference it made with me, and I want the rest of the people on my team to do the same thing.
