Short multi-speaker YouTube excerpt (Donald Burns) arguing for weekly leadership/training meetings for restaurants and food trucks. Speakers say weekly sessions align teams, train leaders (Stephanie noted), and build camaraderie across locations, and that leaders need training as much as frontline staff.
How important is that, having that leadership meeting? I mean, it's extra time. And, you know, a lot of owners would say, I don't have the time. I don't have the time. It's just. That would be an extra time. But how important is that, to have that leadership training every week with your team?
I think it's huge. Stephanie wasn't always involved as much as she is. Since she's been involved.
A.
Lot more, she's shown me how much training means, and these leaders need it just as bad as everybody else. For us to show them and get everybody on the same page every week makes all the difference in the world.
It also keeps camaraderie, too, because they're all in the room together, even though they're in different restaurants or different food trucks. So it gives them a camaraderie together, too. That I think is really important, because they don't feel like they're just kind of off in their own world. So I think it's kind of twofold, really.
Yeah. Because we have all the leaders from both restaurants in the meeting. Yeah.
