As a leader, I think I have to check in on my empathy, because everyone's here for a different reason and with a different set of skills, and you have to engage those and pick those to get them on board. I find, you know, everyone learns. We know we've got our online training academy, so we try and put things up as an audio, as a visual, as a PDF, because everyone learns at different rates. And we can't just stick to the one version of, you know, the pedagogy. We just got to keep taking over.
That's probably the biggest thing, you know, when we came to you, Donald, and it's coming up probably two years now, is that the only way we taught was watch me. I'll watch you now. Let's go. You know what I mean? Now it's like we actually have this online website for our team and it's both, you know, service team and culinary, and it's all the little bits and pieces that. And so it's got health and safety as well. Yes. For the Australian government. Yeah, for the government. We got. Make sure we talk about that. For the Australian government, we are talking about health and safety, too. Yes. But it's just.
So then.
And it's. And that's probably the way I learned, too, is that. Which is the biggest thing I've taken out, is that we sit down and we do a call for an hour, an hour and a half, a couple times a week, which is the teaching, the coaching that you do, and then it's uploaded to your system, which means I can go back and my pace and listen to it 2, 3, 4, 5 times, sometimes up to 10, because every time I listen to it, I get a little nugget and then I teach that to the team. Yeah. And so everyone learns differently.
