What leads to quiet quitting. Let's have it. Talk about culture. Culture is everything. There's the culture that you think you have, and then there is the culture that you really have. Now, this could be a major blind spot for most restaurants who think that their restaurant is really doing a great job creating an accountability culture, and they end up with, instead, a toxic culture, and every person's out for themselves. It's kind of like thinking that your food's really, really great, but it really sucks.

If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
