A restaurant coach explains why checklists alone fail to fix struggling restaurants. The TRC method focuses on foundational principles that work across different business types, taught through live group calls and coaching sessions.
The traditional ones are just a lot of checklists. The trc, like the people, product, processes. You're building everything from the foundation up so you can apply it to really anything in your life. You can use the TRC method, run a hot dog stand in a gas station or like a Michelin star restaurant. I mean, it's the same, same principles. This is what's different from everything else is. Plus we have live group calls, we have live coaching as well. And, you know, you have all the experience as well. Like you're, you're the number one restaurant coach in the world. So, I mean, you can't really, you can't beat that.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
