Donald Burns explains why he invests heavily in personal and professional coaching. He says he employs five coaches — a business coach, marketing coach, fitness coach (Coach Carter), mindset coach, and voice coach — and spends over $150,000 per year on them because coaching is the fastest path to results.

Coach Carter
I don't just talk about coaching. I live it. I've got five coaches that keep me sharp, focused, and pushing me forward every single day. I've got a business coach to help me grow my empire. I've got a marketing coach to help make sure that my message gets out there. I've got a fitness coach shout out to my coach Carter, who keeps me in peak physical condition because your body fuels your mind. And I've got a mindset coach to help me stay mentally strong and resilient. I've also have a voice coach to make sure that my message lands with impact. That's five coaches, and I invest way over $150,000 a year in them. Why? Because it is the fastest path to results.
