Kind of survive everything that's going on in the world?
It's an interesting question, but I would probably answer it, or I'll attack it from a different angle. I think why is always the first question, and I think that's kind of what we lost sight of somewhere along the way. I guess I would spin the question to say there is definitely a lack of leadership, but I think the reason for the lack of leadership is because we're not leading with why is there a lack of leadership? Why is leadership so important? And my answer to that would be culture. Leadership drives culture.
