This is a YouTube video titled "You can't win big by playing small #growthmindset #restaurantcoach #leadershipmindset" created in July 2025. It features a motivational monologue by Donald Burns addressing restaurant owners struggling with fear and indecision, encouraging them to commit fully to their growth and success by joining a supportive community.
Sitting on the fence won't win you any prizes. I mean, you're trying to make progress, yet you're paralyzed. You're paralyzed by fear. Too scared to fully commit. I mean, you're aiming to grow your restaurant. But here's the thing. You're drowning in a sea of second guessing. You kind of exist in this kind of gray area. You're not fully in the game yet. You're not completely out of it. If you're tired of watching the world pass you by, if you're sick of doubting every decision, it's time to act now. Visit therestaurantcoach.com let's dismantle that fence together. Join forces with a community that thrives on commitment and action. Are you really ready to commit? If so, let's obliterate these barriers and unleash the success that you are destined for.
