Donald Burns delivers a blunt motivational monologue urging viewers to stop talking and start doing—arguing that many claim they want change but avoid the discipline and sacrifice required. The clip ends with a promotional call-to-action for his online community for independent restaurant owners called the TRC Vault, instructing viewers to DM the word "vault" to receive a signup link.
More people want change than actually want to change. You claim you want a better restaurant, a better life, more time, more money. Come on, let's cut the crap. Do you want to do what it takes to make it happen, or are you just full of talk? Everyone craves results. The thriving business, the freedom, the success. But let's be honest. Most people shy away from the process. They dodge the discipline, the sacrifice, the hard choices that real transformation actually demands. Right now, you can join my online community for independent restaurant owners called the TRC Vault. Just DM me the word vault, and I'm going to send you a link to sign up.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
