A short motivational YouTube clip by Donald Burns arguing that coaching is the fastest route to progress because people have unconscious "blind spots" that sabotage success. Burns emphasizes that you cannot fix what you cannot see and that a coach helps identify and navigate those hidden obstacles.
Coaching is, without a doubt, the fastest way to get there. Why? Because we all have blind spots. Those things that we're completely unaware of. And guess what? You can't fix what you can't see. They're the things that are secretly sabotaging your success. Those are the things that are holding you back, Things that are keeping you stuck in the same damn place. And that's where a coach comes in. They're going to shine a light on those blind spots, really help you navigate through them.
