Short motivational-advisory YouTube clip by Donald Burns arguing that business owners (specifically restaurateurs) should grow their businesses without sacrificing personal integrity, health, or relationships. The speaker urges viewers to preserve those personal foundations and offers a call-to-action to join his online community, TRC Vault (therestaurantcoachvault.com).
You gotta learn how to grow a business without torching your life down to the ground in the process. Your restaurant doesn't need your soul to thrive, but you need it. You need to keep your integrity. You need to maintain your health. You need to work on your relationships. You must keep those things intact to truly be successful. So right now, I'm gonna give you a great opportunity. Right now, you can join my online community called TRC Vault. All you have to do is visit therestaurantcoachvault.com and join. Today. It's time to build a legacy that doesn't demand the sacrifice of your soul.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
