I believe in coaching. That's another number one warning sign. If you ever have anybody hit you up to be a restaurant coach, if they don't have a coach, run. Because they don't believe in the power of coaching. Anybody who's not willing to invest in themselves to become better version of themselves is not a person you want to be. I spend easily $200,000 a year on coaching because it makes me better. Yeah. Because I know if I become a better person, a better coach, I can help my clients better, too.
