This is a YouTube video titled "Your destiny lives on the other side of the fire #restaurantcoach #stepintothefire #growthmindset" created in July 2025. It features a motivational talk by a single speaker encouraging restaurant professionals to embrace challenges and join an online community called the TRC Vault for support and growth strategies.
I know stepping into the fire is daunting. It's supposed to be. That's where true transformation happens. That's where you shed your old self and emerge stronger, smarter, and unstoppable. I've walked through this fire before, many times. And I've guided thousands of restaurants through it. It's tough, but so are you. The other side is where your true destiny lies. So if you're ready to leave your comfort zone and claim your destiny, then join my free online community for restaurant professionals. It's called the TRC Vault. Just head over to the restaurant, Coach Vaul, and inside, you're going to find strategy, support, and the kick in the ass that you need to propel yourself into the fire.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
