The TRC method basically is a frame within a frame. The main frame we teach is called the 3P framework. And the 3P framework is people, product, process. And then each one of those kind of modules, each one of those sections or combinations, there's another little series of blocks. Like in the people part, it's always mindset. First your mindset, and then culture, and then hiring, where a lot of people, you know, call us, you know, about coaching and like, oh, yeah, I just need. I just need to hire better people. I just need people. I need some staff. Need some. Or I'm not getting good people. Well, you're not getting good people because your culture sucks. Yeah, and your culture sucks because your mindset sucks.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
